    The initial consultation involves a comprehensive analysis of your current health concerns and delves deep into your diet, lifestyle, family history, and medications.

    We view the body holistically, looking to identify the interconnecting processes that are causing imbalances, and work to restore your optimal health. Based on your health goals, an individual treatment plan will be provided to support and guide your wellbeing journey. This can include a nutrition plan, educational handouts, lifestyle tips, supplementation, and referrals for further pathology testing to ensure we see the full picture.

  • Follow-up Consultation - 45 mins

    Follow-up consultations are an effective tool to set you up for a nourishing and sustainable health journey. These follow-up sessions allow us to review the original treatment plan and check progress. We will use this time to identify anything else that may be of concern.

    All health goals take time and sustained effort, and sometimes a revised approach is necessary. We see ongoing consultations as a way to ensure we get to the root cause of any underlying issues, and have the opportunity to investigate further with functional testing if necessary.

    The first step to working together is establishing alignment, via a free discovery call.

    Once we are confident we are a good match for you, we will set up a meeting to explore your unique circumstances, with an in-depth discussion around goals, lifestyle factors, specific concerns and health background. This initial consultation will be used to form a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to you.

    We will then catch up on progress and make refinements in scheduled follow-up appointments.
